IFS Officer Suneet Mehta has been appointed as High Commissioner to Tuvalu.
Following a recently issued directive by the competent authority, name of IFS Officer Suneet Mehta has been mandated for appointment as the next Indian High Commissioner to Tuvalu.
A year 2007 batch Indian Foreign Services officer Suneet Mehta has a very good track record of his services for the Government of India.
Mr. Suneet Mehta (2007-batch IFS officer), currently serving as the High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Fiji, has been concurrently accredited as the High Commissioner of India to Tuvalu with residence in Suva.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, Mr. Mehta is expected to take up his new assignment shortly. He has been serving as High Commissioner to Fiji since December 2024.
