Police officer Sayak Das has been promoted to the post of SP of East Burdwan district in West Bengal.
In a significant reshuffle the state administration of West Bengal has mandated name of senior state police officer Sayak Das for elevation to the post of SP of East Burdwan district in West Bengal.
Ealier state police officer Sayak Das was currently serving as Special Superintendent (SS) in the state Criminal Investigation Department (CID). Now with the promotion to IAS rank he will be serving as SP of East Burdwan district until further orders.
