Maharashtra state witnesses induction of 23 Deputy Collectors into IAS rank.
Marking Historic Promotion Drive, the state administration of Maharashtra has through a recently issued notification inducted a total number of 23 Deputy Collectors into IAS rank in the state.
Out of the promoted officers, mostly have joined the state civil services as deputy collectors in 1997-98. Now with the new order they have achieved IAS induction after serving for nearly 26 years.
