Tow new Additional Director General have been appointed in Gujarat Police.
A year 1996 batch Gujarat bach IPS officer Dr S Pandia Rajkumar is presently, Additional Director General (ADG), CID, Crime and Railways, Gandhinagar. Now as per the new order by the state administration of Gujarat, he has been transferred and appointed as ADG – Law and Order, Gandhinagar.
Simultaneously, a year 1999 batch senior IPS officer of Gujarat cadre, Ajay Kumar Choudhary is currently serving as Special Commissioner of Police, Special Branch, Ahmedabad City. Now he has been shifted to Women Cell, Gandhinagar as the ADG.
