IAS officer Vinay Kumar has been granted empannelment at the Centre.
Following a recently issued directive by the competent authority, name of IAS officer Vinay Kumar has been mandated for a grant of empannelment. Now with the empannelment he will be holding Additional Secretary/Additional Secretary Equivalent level posts at the Centre.
Indian Administrative Services officer Vinay Kumar hails from 1999 batch and he is from Bihar cadre.
