The tenure of Mr Ajay Kumar Singh has been given an extension in tenure.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved extension in tenure of Sr journalist Ajay Kumar Singh.
Mr Ajay Kumar Singh is currently serving as Press Secretary to the President, on contract basis. Now he will continue to serve for a further term of one year beyond 25.09.2024, i.e. from 26.09.2024 to 25.09.2025, as per the existing terms and conditions, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
