Senior IAS officer Sarada Muraleedharan has been appointed as Kerala Chief Secretary.
The Kerala government has posted IAS officer Sarada Muraleedharan as the next Chief Secretary of the State of Kerala. IAS Muraleedharan has the rare distinction of taking up the reins of the State’s administration from the hands of her husband.
A year 1990 batch senior IAS officer Sarada Muraleedharan’s husband is outgoing Chief Secretary V Venu (IAS: 1990: KL) who was slated to retire on August 31.
Currently Muraleedharan is serving as the Additional Chief Secretary of Local Self-Government Institutions (LSGI).
