Senior bureaucrat Abhimanyu Kumar will now be seen in a bigger role as Pvt Secy to the Union Home Minister.
Following a directive issued by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (CAA) name of Senior bureaucrat Abhimanyu Kumar has been mandated for the position of Private Secretary to the Union Home Minister.
A year 2011 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre, Abhimanyu Kumar was currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce. Now with the curtailment of his present tenure he will be working on the new position for a period up to January 16, 2026.
