IRS officer Vinay Kaushal has been designated as Private Secretary to the
Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting, & Electronics and Information.
Following a notification from the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, name of IRS officer Vinay Kaushal has been mandated for the position of Private Secretary to the Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting, & Electronics and Information.
IRS Kaushal will be serving at the level of Deputy Secretary with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and for the period up to 27.01.2027 (i.e. fer the balance period of his tenure of five years as Private Secretary.
