Delhi HC has sought response from IFS officer in CBI’s challenge against CIC’s RTI order.
The case is related to the CBI’s appeal against a January 30 order from a single judge.
A notice has been issued by the Delhi High Court to Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Sanjeev Chaturvedi. In the notice the officer’s response has been sought to a plea by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) which challenges an order that directed the agency to provide information under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
This information revolves around the alleged corruption at the AIIMS trauma center.
