IAS officer R Menaka has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Commerce, GoI.
In a recent directive issued by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, name of IAS R Menaka has been mandated for the position of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce.
A year 2011-batch IAS officer, R Menaka has earlier served as Special Secretary in the Department of Finance, Government of Delhi.
Now with the new order R Menaka as the Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce (Ministry of Commerce & Industry) has been allotted a work tenure of four years under central deputation.
