Justice Mishra has been appointed as President of the GST Appellate Tribunal.
A recent directive issued by the competent authority has mandated name of Justice Mishra for the position of President of the GST Appellate Tribunal.
The recommendation of Search-cum-Selection-Committee (SCSC) has been approved by the NaMo administration and Justice (Retd) Sanjaya Kumar Mishra has been appointed on the post of President, Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT).
The former Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court, Justice Mishra is to head the Tribunal for a period of four years or till the age of 70 years.
