HDFC Bank board has given its nod for 3-year extension to Atanu Chakraborty.
In a recent notification issued by the HDFC Bank Boar, name of Atanu Chakraborty has been mandated to be given a 3-year extension to his tenure.
Former Economic Affairs Secretary Atanu Chakraborty has been reappointed by the HDFC Bank board as as the part-time Chairman and Independent Director.
Now with the new order year 1985 batch Gujrat Cadre IAS Chakraborty’s second tenure begins as the part time Chairman and Independent Director. His new tenure will be effective from May 5, 2024 till May 4, 2027 after the Reserve Bank of India’s nod.
