IAS Vini Mahajan has been entrusted an additional charge as Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate at the Center.
As per the recent notification issued by the Secretariat of the
Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) has mandated for entrusting an additional charge to IAS Vini Mahajan as Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate at the Center.
The Competent Authority has approved assignment of additional charge of
the post of Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change to
Ms. Vini Mahajan, lAS (PB:1987), Secretary, Department of Drinking Water and
Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti. She will take charge of the post from 15.04.2024 to 26.04.2024 during the period of absence on leave of Ms. Leena Nandan, AS (UP:1987).
