IAS officer Rupesh Kumar has again been appointed in Excise Dept as Additional Commissioner in Chandigarh.
As per the allegations, Rupesh Kumar while being posted as an Additional Commissioner, Excise, was transferred for taking action against illegal liquor sales . But lately the state administration through its order has reinstated Kumar again in the same department as the Additional Commissioner.
A year 2019 batch IAS officer Rupesh Kumar hails from the AGMUT cadre. Now with the new order Kumar has been again appointed in the same post, IAS Kumar replaces now Deputy Commissioner Mr. Vinay Pratap Singh.
