IFS officer Vinay Kumar has been appointed Ambassador of India to Russia.
Year 1992 batch Indian Foreign Services officer Vinay Kumar is presently serving as Ambassador of India to Myanmar. Now he has been posted as the next Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation.
IFS Vinay Kumar is expected to assume charge shortly. Russia has always been a time-tested and longstanding partner for India.
