IAS officer Atul Vats has been posted as Vice Chairman of GDA in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Year 2016 batch IAS officer Atul Vats had previously rendered services as the Vvice-Chairperson of Aligarh Development Authority. and Chief Development Officer of Sultanpur.
