Secretary roles have been assigned to IAS officers Amitabh Kaushal and Chandrashekhar in the state of Jharkhand.
IAS Dr Amitabh Kaushal is currently serving as Secretary of food, public distribution and consumer affairs department. Now with the new order he will have an additional charge as Secretary of the information and public relation department, Jharkhand.
On the other hand current Secretary of Rural Development Department, Chandrashekhar, has been posted as Secretary of the Urban Development Department. The year 2008 batch IAS officer is also going to have the additional charge of Managing Director of JUIDCO and GRDA.
Recently eight IAS officers have been transferred in the state of Jharkhand whereas IAS K Srinivasan has been posted as Secy, Rural Development Department.
State administration of Jharkhand has issued a notification about an administrative reshuffle in the state. The Champai Soren led state government has reshuffled eight IAS officers with new postings assigned to them.
