IAS officers Amandeep Kaur and Amrit Kaur Gil have been appointed as Special Secretary in the state of Punjab.
In a recent notification issued by the state government of Punjab two IAS officers have been appointed as Special Secretary. Amandeep Kaur and Amrit Kaur Gil are the two bureaucrats with new designation.
Year 2015 batch of IAS officer Amandeep Kaur, was mandated to assume charge as Special Secretary in the Department of Home Affairs and Justice.
Simultaneously, 2010 batch IAS officer Amrit Kaur Gill was serving as the Secretary in the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board. Now Gill has been posted as Special Secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare.
