New ADG roles have been assigned to IPS officers Tripurari Atharv & Supratim Sarkar in the state of West Bengal.
The Bengal government has mandated IPS Tripurari Atharv has been posted as the new ADG of state STF in West Bengal. Year 1998 batch Indian Police Service officer Tripurari Atharv was at present incumbent as the ADG & IGP (Western Zone).
On the other hand, year 1997 batch IPS officer Supratim Sarkar with new posting, is going to assume office as the ADG & IGP of South Bengal. Sarkar at present was rendering services as the ADG & IGP, Traffic & Road Safety.
