Two lady officers have been appointed as Joint Secretary at the Centre.
Among the two administrative officers are Bhavna Saxena (IPS: 1996: AP) and Anjali Sinha (IRSME: 1997).
Senior Indian Police Services officer Bhavna Saxena has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH. Replacing Rahul Sharma (IAS: 1998: JH), she has been given an overall tenure of five years which ends on February 15, 2029.
Simultaneously Anjali Sinha (IRSME: 1997) has been posted as Joint Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy. Replacing Sanjay Kumar (IRAS: 1989), she also has been given a tenure of five years.
