Four members have joined team NCLAT and the list also includes two Union Secretaries.
As per the recent approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (CAA) a total of four new members have been sent to join National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). Thus two judicial members and two technical members accordingly are to join the NCLAT.
The four members have been give a tenure of four years or till members attain the age of 67 years. The technical members are Union secretaries.
The list of the four members include:
Jatindranath Swain (Retd IAS: 1988: TN), former Secretary, Department of Fisheries
Indevar Pandey (IAS: 1988: WB), Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development
Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma, former judge, High Court of Uttarakhand.
Justice Yogesh Khanna, Former judge, High Court of Delhi
