A total number of twenty eight SAIL officials have been suspended by Steel Ministry.
Union Ministry of Steel has suspended A K Tulsiani, Director Finance and VS Chakravarthy, Director Commercial of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). Apart from these two top officials, as many as 26 more officials belonging to the SAIL have also been placed under suspension.
Some of the below board level officials suspended include Vinod Gupta, ED (Commercial); SK Sharma, ED (F&A), CMO; Atul Mathur, RM Suresh, ED Marketing Services and ED (Sales & ITD).
