Two IAS officers have been promoted in the state of West Bengal.
Indian Administrative officers Parwez Ahmad Siddiqui and Choten Dhendup Lama have been elevated to Principal Secretary Rank in the Tribal Development Dept.
On the Higher Administrative Grade Scale of Pay, the promotion will be , corresponding to Level 15 of the 7th CPC.
1999 batch IAS Parwez Ahmad Siddiqui, currently serving as the Secretary of the Food and Supplies Department, will be new Principal Secretary in the same department.
On the other hand, IAS Choten Dhendup Lama (1999 batch), currently posted as the Secretary of the Tribal Development Department, will now work as new Principal Secretary in the Tribal Development Department.
