Indian Administrative Service Officer of MP Cadre, Raghvendra Kumar Singh has been appointed as Principal Secretary to the newly elected Government of Madhya Pradesh.
The 1997 batch IAS, is going to assist Dr Mohan Yadav, new Chief Minister of MP.
In accordance with the government order, Singh is going to replace 1994 batch IAS officer, Manish Rastogi.
The order to this effect was issued on Friday night.
As per the government order, Singh will replace Manish Rastogi, a 1994 batch IAS officer who was assisting former chief minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
Prior to the appointment, Singh was serving as the principal secretary of the Mining Department.
