SN Gupta, ITS (1992 batch) takes over as the Chief Vigilance Officer in Steel Authority of India Limited.
Assuming the charge of new CVO in SAIL, Gupta is expected to resolve the issues present meeting the challenges successfully.
SN Gupta has a long experience of around three decades in various capacity-building and technical work.
After joining Indian Telecom Service (ITS) in the year 1992, Gupta has also served for five years as Director at the Central Vigilance Commission for five years where he contributed to enhancement of vigilance mechanisms inside the government.
Gupta, additionally has also spent 2 years as the Sports Authority of India, Chief Vigilance Officer where he played the vital role in ensuring integrity and transparency in sports governance.
