Supreme Court of India recommends Chetan S. Kapadia as Judge of Bombay High Court

The Supreme Court of India Collegium has recommended elevation of Advocate Chetan S Kapadia as a Judge of Bombay High Court. Kapadia’s candidature had been deferred in  October 2017, demanding information from the Chief Justice of the High Court on an Intervention Application filed by him. After receiving the requisite information by the end of October 2017, the Collegium has now made the recommendation.
