Prabhas Kumar Jha gets addl charge as Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs

The 1982 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Prabhas Kumar Jha, Secretary, Department of Official Language has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary,  Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs with the immediate effect.
