Three IAS officers transferred in UP

Three officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have been shifted in Uttar Pradesh. They are:

1. Murli Manohar Lal has been appointed as Special Secretary, Higher Education with additional charge of Registrar of Ram Manohar Lohia Law University, Lucknow.
2. Govind Raj N S was made DM Manipuri.
3. Chandrapal Singh is DM, Ghazipur.
