Minister of state for Railways and Telecom ( Independent charge) Manoj Sinha has provided a gift to public of Purvanchal by giving a direct train from Ghazipur to Vaishnav devi Katra today. This train will be started in Navratras. Mr. Sinha who in last 3 years has provided many new trains connecting Ghazipur and few which originates from Ghazipur only has been considered new Vikas Purush for this region. Before this Ghazipur was considered a cornered district but Sinha has changed this perception totally by launching so many rail projects here. New Trains for Mumbai, Kolkata have been started by him from Ghazipur. Along with this, few important projects are still ongoing.
This new train will be a weekly train and will be quite helpful for people of Ghazipur, Ballia, Jaunpur, Mau and adjacent areas

This train named Vaishnav devi katra-Ghazipur expresss will start from Ghazipur city. Its number is 14611. This will start every friday on 8.15 AM and reach Lucknow at 4.05PM in evening. While in return its number will be 14612 and it will start from Katra 5.40AM to Ghazipur.
