The 1984 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Dr. Anup Chandra Pandey has been appointed as Infrastructure & Industrial Development Commissioner and also given the addl charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary to Govt of Uttar Pradesh Finance, Institution Finance Department. Dr. Pandey who has done his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, also hold MBA degree in Material Management. He has also served as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Defence and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt of India and various ministries and departments of Uttar Pradesh Govt.
