The 1984 batch IPS officer of Haryana cadre, B. S. Sandhu, DGP of Haryana is likely to be shifted due to the Panchkula riots that erupted in the city after a court found self-styled spiritual guru Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh guilty of raping two women followers.
