The 1981 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Sh. Rajive Kumar who is currently serving as the Secretary in the Ministry of Shipping has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre. If sources to be believed, Rajive Kumar is going to be new Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh.
