The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered case of Rs 240 Crore scam against GAIL General Manager EVS Rao and seven private companies who allegedly chest GAIL, causing a loss of over Rs 240 crore to the PSU. The seven private Companies are:
Kaveri Gas, MMS Steel, SAheli Exports, Coromandel Electric Company, Arkay Energy, OPG Energy and Sai Regency.
