A major reshuffle of IAS officers effected in the State, a total of 32 officers, including seven district collectors have been transferred. The officers are:
- P.W.C. Davidar, Chairman and Managing Director of TUFIDCO has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the government, Transport Department.
- Mohan Pyare, Commissioner of Indian Medicine & Homeopathy has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Land Administration.
- Chandrakant Kamble would be Chairman and Managing Director of TUFIDCO, a post held by Mr. Davidar.
- Beela Rajesh, Commissioner of Fisheries and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Fisheries Development Corporation has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, which was additionally held by Shambhu Kallolikar.
- V.P. Thandapani would be the MD of Tamil Nadu Fisheries Development Corporation.
- K.S. Palanisamy, Tiruchi Collector has been transferred and posted as Tiruppur Collector.
- Sandeep Nanduri , Madurai Corporation Commissioner have been transferred and posted as Tirunelveli Collector.
- K. Rajamani, Thoothukudi Corporation Commissioner have been transferred and posted as Tiruchi Collector.
- N. Venkatesh, Deputy Secretary in Finance Department have been posted as Thoothukudi Collector.
- S. Suresh Kumar, Joint Commissioner (Land)Land Administration have been posted as Nagapattinam Collector.
- E. Saravanavelraj, Ariyalur Collector has been posted as Joint Secretary, School Education Department.
- M. Karunakaran, Tirunelvei Collector has been posted as Additional Secretary, Agriculture Department.
- S. Jayandhi, Tiruppur District Collector would be Joint Commissioner (Land), Land Administration.
- M. Ravikumar, Thoothukudi Collector has been posted as Director of Survey and Settlement.
- K. Nanthakumar, Perambalur Collector has been posted as State Project Director of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, a post hitherto held by Pooja Kulkarni.
- S. Palanisamy, Nagapattinam Collector would be Deputy Secretary, Animal Husbandry Department, and the State Project Director of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan has been posted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department.
- V. Chandrasekaran, Special Secretary to the government, Agriculture Department, has been shifted and posted as Executive Director of Tamil Nadu Watershed Development Agency.
- Rajendra Kumar, Electronic Corporation chief Youth Welfare and Sports Development Department Secretary has been shifted and posted as Principal Secretary/Chairman and Managing Director of Electronic Corporation of Tamil Nadu.
- Praveen P. Nair, Greater Chennai Corporation Regional Deputy Commissioner (North) has been shifted and posted as Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women Limited.
- C.N. Maheswaran, Director of Social Security Schemes has been shifted and posted as Managing Director of TWAD Board.
- Mantri Govinda Rao appointed as Deputy Commissioner (Works) in Greater Chennai Corporation
- K. S. Kandasamy appointed as Deputy Commissioner (Education) of Greater Chennai Corporation.
- S. Aneesh Sekhar, who was Joint Commissioner (Enforcement), Commercial Taxes, would be Madurai Corporation Commissioner.
- Alby John Varghese , Devakottai Sub Collector would be Commissioner of Thoothukudi Corporation.
- Dr. V. Jaya Chandrabhanu Reddy appointed as Deputy Secretary in Health & Family Welfare.
- G K Arun Sundar Thayalan as Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies.
- Dr. R. Anand Kumar as Additional Secretary in the Finance Department.
- Pooja Kulkarni appointed as Additional Secretory in the Finance Department.
- S. P. Amrith appointed as Joint Commissioner in Commercial Taxes.
- V. Santha appointed as Collector Perambalur.
- Dheeraj Kumar appointed as Principal Secretary in the Youth Welfare & Sports Development.
- T. Anand as Joint Managing Director in TWAD Board.
