Major reshuffle of IAS officers in Uttar Pradesh

In a major Bureaucratic reshuffle in UP government has transferred 74 IAS officers today. Mr. Shashi Prakash Goyal has been appointed Principal Secretary to CM and Mr. Arvind Kumar has been appointed Principal Secretary (Home).
