After upsetting defeat of the Congress in Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, party state chief Raj Babbar has offered his resignation.
Congress had managed to win just 7 out of 403 seats in UP.
Defending Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, Babbar said former left no stone unturned during campaigning. “You cannot blame the party leadership for losses in one or two elections. Leadership makes team, which failed in UP,” Raj Babbar said.
