The Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers in Kerala who had threatened to go on mass casual leave to protest against state Vigilance Director Jacob Thomas on Monday have withdrawn their strike, The IAS officers alleged that Jacob is misusing his power and registering cases against senior civil servants.
