The 1997 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Sanjiv Hans, serving as Chairman in Bihar RAjya Pul Nigam Limited is likely to be appointed as PS to Ramvilas Paswan, the Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution.
