3. Sisir Kumar Rathor, IFoS(Or:87), appointed as Joint Secretary in the National Commission of Schedule Tribes vice Ashok Pai, IFoS(UK:1983).
4. G. K. Dwivedi, IAS(AP:1993), appointed as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Land Resources vice Sandeep Dave, IAS(KN:1987).
