The 1992 batch Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) officer, Ms. Vandana Kumar has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion under Ministry of Commerce & Industry vice Ms. Kalpana Awasthi (IAS, UP:90).
