Punjab government has transferred six IAS officers. Accordingly,
- Jaswinder Kaur Sidhu has been posted as Controller, Printing and Stationery and in addition Secretary, Punjab State Information Commission against a vacant post.
- Abhinav has been posted as Special Secretary, Finance and in addition Director, Treasury & Accounts in place of Supreet Singh Gulati.
- Parveen Kumar Thind has been posted as Director, Local Government while Pardeep Kumar has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Gurdaspur.
- D K Tiwari has been given the charge of Secretary, Local Government during the leave period of Vikas Pratap.
- Supreet Singh Gulati has been given the charge of Additional Secretary, Excise and Taxation and in addition Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Punjab.
- Sonali Giri has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar. Priyank Bharti has been relieved to join as Director in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, New Delhi.
