Senior IAS officer Aditya Prasad Padhi has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Odisha.Padhi, a 1983 batch officer, would formally take charge from incumbent Chief Secretary G C Pati who retires on November 30.Padhi is presently working as Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister.
