Today, Delhi Court granted bail to Former Delhi’s Law Minister, Jitendra Singh Tomar in a fake degree case. Additional sessions judge Vimal Kumar Yadav granted him bail subject to furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000.
Earlier, an additional chief metropolitan magistrate court had rejected his bail allowing the plea of the Delhi Police that investigation was at the procedural stage and more arrests were likely to be made in the case.
