Suni Soni, Secretary in the Inter-State Council Secretariat in Ministry of Home Affairs, died of cardiac arrest at a private hospital here .Soni (59), a 1981-batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre, had joined the Home Ministry on Wednesday .Earlier, he was Secretary, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs.
