The 1981 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Ms. Vrinda Swarup, Secretary in the Dept of School Education & Literacy, MHRD  is now Secretary to the Dept of Food & Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs in the vacancy of Sudhir Kumar(IAS, UP:78).
