Arvind Ray appointed Delhi’s new Principal Secretary

Delhi Government appointed Arvind Ray IAS (UT:1984) as new Principal Secretary General Administration Department (GAD). Ray replaces Anindo Majumdar IAS (UT:1985) as Principal Secretary (Services). After the confrontation started between Lt Governor and Delhi CM over the appointment of Shakuntala Gamlin as acting CS the Delhi Govt had removed Majumdar from the post of Principal Secretary (GAD).
