The 1998 batch IDAS officer, Ms. Rajalaksmi Devaraj has been laterally shifted to the post of Director in the Expenditure Management Commission(EMC), Dept of Expenditure. Prior to this he was serving as Director NATGRID, Ministry of Home Affairs.
