The 2002 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, Vikas Anand i sall set to join Ministry of Power as Director (Vigilance, Thermal & DVC) by end of May, 2014, immediatly after completing his election duty. Presently he is serving as Secretary, NDMC.
