A total of five legal officers have been appointed as Presiding Officer in Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Courts (CGIT-cum-LCs).
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of five officers, including Justice Retired Ravindra Nath Kakkar along with four others, others, as Presiding Officer in Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Courts (CGIT-cum-LCs).
The chosen five have been given a work-tenure for a period of four years or till attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
